A woman accused of killing 2nd grade after crashing a car at Glendale’s home – Fox 10 News Phoenix

A woman was arrested and accused of driving her car in a home in Glendale late last year, Killing a mother who decorated her Christmas treeS

What we know:

The crash happened shortly before 8pm on November 10 near 67th Avenue and BeardSley RoadS After the crash, the victim, Amanda Rogers, 35, was taken to a critical hospital, but died on November 18th.

On February 5, police announced that 22-year-old Celeste Downer was charged with second-degree murder.

The Glendale Police Department says he was drunk and high when he was at home.

Investigators say Downer had two passengers in his car, including his teen brother.

What’s next:

The judge set his $ 500,000 bond. Downer is about to return to court next week.
