A Saturday morning crash left two people dead in Baton Rouge, police said – WAFB

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – A crash Saturday morning, Nov. 2, left two people dead, police said.

According to the Baton Rouge Police Department, the crash happened around 1:30 a.m. in the area of ​​South Foster Drive and Claycut Road.

A driver lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a tree, investigators said.

Police identified the two victims who died as Tristen Hoover, 27; and Claire Zeller, 24. They added that Hoover and Zeller were rear passengers in the crashed vehicle.

The crash investigation is ongoing.
