Norfolk, Virginia (wave) – a man from Chesapiken with a long criminal history was sentenced to Norfolk on November 15 more than 16 years of accusations of drug and weapons, said in a message.
On August 13, 2023, police responded to four persons who had undergone non -lethal overdoses at a hotel in Chesapik, according to court documents. At least one thought he was just swallowing cocaine and had to be revived with Naloxon. The drugs were sold by a dealer known as “Eazy”, which was identified as 43-year-old Eric Folkon.
A folk has already been prison for plotting heroin. After his release from the federal prison, he was sentenced to 47 years in prison by 29 years of probation after holding more heroin and committing two armed robbery.
Faulcon was released from prison on October 25, 2021 and was a controlled probation when he performed his last criminal activity.
On August 22, 2023, Chesapike’s police made a controlled purchase of Fentanyl from Faulcon, during which he sold 1.44 grams of fentanyl and xilazin. However, he was not immediately arrested.
On October 3, 2023, Faulcon agreed to sell heroin and fentanyl. With the assistance of another person, Faulcon sells 1.06 grams of fentanyl and xylazine mixture.
On October 17, 2023, police searched Volkon’s home. In the search, investigators found 532 grams of fentanyl, 126 grams of methamphetamine, 756 grams of cocaine, digital scales with debris, packaging materials, $ 4732 and a loaded gun. The firearm declared stolen is equipped with an extended filler and a machine gun conversion device, which makes the weapon capable of firing completely automatically.
Faulcon was sentenced to 16 years and eight months in prison for production, distribution and possession with the intention of distributing fentanyl and possession of firearms in support of a drug trafficking crime.
