A pair of Virginia is celebrated the 500th Texas Roadhaus in Louisville – Wool 3

Louisville, KY. (Wave) – A couple from Virginia travels to Louisville with one goal: goes to Texas Roadhaus. They have traveled to different places throughout the country and Louisvil marked his 500th milestone.

McNamara are not your normal customers. They have been traveling to Texas Roadhaus places throughout the country since 2003.

“Between 2018 and 2019, we visited about 50 a year,” said Mike McNamara.

Their first was Knoxville, Tennessee more than twenty years ago.

“My move is 6oz sirloin, baked sweet potato and salad,” Mike said.

After retiring in 2017, McNamaras’ dedication to their trip rose so much that even Covid-19 couldn’t slow them down.

“We looked for countries when they started opening dinner,” Mike said. “We went to 72 in 2020. In 2023 it was 79 and last year it was 92.”

The McNamara path of their adventures in Texas Roadhaus in a spreadsheet. After adding all their stops, they said the next one should be special. This will be their 500th road house in Texas. They choose a place in Louisville, Kentucky to celebrate.

“This is a milestone, a huge cornerstone that we look forward to for a great time,” Mike said.

Wave asked them what this popular chain of restaurants was doing so great except the rollers. Mike says these are the people.

“Texas Roadhouse is a huge family distributed in this country and we have met many people twice. They will be promoted and we will see them elsewhere. They are great people, ”he said.

Judy and Mike know that they can’t hit every Texas road house there, but they will still try.

Mike says he hopes they can hit the brand 600 in three years.
