A Norfolk woman accused of Moyock Hit-and Run, caught after a running scene-13newsnow.com wvec

A woman from Norfolk and a teenager of Virginia Beach were accused of the incident with Moik.

Moyock, a Norfolk NC, was accused of strikes in Currituck County on Sunday afternoon.
