Ohio’s manufacturer creates a store in North Las Vegas.

City authorities announced on Thursday that Kreate plans to open a production center with an area of ​​235,000 square meters in North Las Vegas. In a news message, the city did not say exactly where the company would be, but the city spokesman Liz Abebefe told Las Vegas Review-Journal that Kreate was considering a Commerce Street and Cheyenne Avenue facility.

He expects to be fully functioning in North Las Vegas until June and create more than 60 advanced production positions over the next five years, the city said.

Kreate makes storage bins, shelves, outdoor furniture and other products, saying that it handles everything-from managing the delivery chain to plastic injection. He also says that his largest customer is a retail giant with large boxes of The Home Depot.

Nicolas Reinhart, founder and CEO of Kreate, said in a public news that North Las Vegas is a natural choice for the location of the west coast, citing logistical access and the availability of quality workers.

According to the city, the Kreate facility is an investment of $ 11.5 million in North Las Vegas.

The Nevada Governor’s Economic Development Office said it had approved $ 1.2 million tax relief for the company.
