A man from Kamden-Wayoming killed in a crash with a single vehicle in Kent-TV 16 County on WBOC 16

Marydel, DE – Delaware State Police is investigating a car accident with a vehicle in which a man of Kent district on Saturday was killed.

According to State Police in Delaware, on February 8, approximately 1:23 am, Chevrolet Silavero travels west by Weasel Road, approaching the Meridel corner in Meridel. DSP says that for unknown reasons, still investigated, the vehicle has exit from the north side of the road, struck utility and sidens trees. Then the car went on the road again, traveling on the south side and struck a tree.

The driver of the Chevrolet Silverado, a 66-year-old man from Camden-Wyoming, was taken to a local hospital where he later died. His name is currently giving up.

DSP claims that the road was closed for about 2.5 hours until the scene was investigated and cleared.
