A man died after being hit by a car in Glendale; The road is closed – Arizona’s family

Glendale, Arizona (AZ Family) “A man is dead after being hit by a car in Glendale on Sunday morning.

The details of the crash are limited. The first respondents were called on the 59th Avenue and Melinda Lane, just south of Loop 101, for a crash involving a car and pedestrian around 11 in the morning

A man was taken to a hospital where he later died. Police said the driver remained in place and assisted in the investigation.

Fifty -ninth Avenue is closed by Pinnacle Peak Road through Thunderbird Conservation Park to Melinda Lane while the teams are working to clear the scene and the investigation. Authorities advise drivers to use alternative routes.
