A man arrested for attack with a deadly weapon – KTVN

Sparks police arrested 41-year-old David Dickstra shortly before 10am on Thursday, February 6th.

This is after the police station received several calls that he was driving incorrectly and caused disturbance at a local restaurant.

They then received another call from someone who said he saw him block another person’s car on the road while pointing a gun at him.

Employees found suspects and arrested him on the following charges:

• Weapon attack
• Own/own a firearm by a forbidden person x2
• Possession of a firearm under the influence of alcohol/drugs
• Dui 2 alcohol/drugs
• Owning a controlled substance 1
• Secure battery
• Driving with a stopped driver’s license
