Sparks police arrested 41-year-old David Dickstra shortly before 10am on Thursday, February 6th.
This is after the police station received several calls that he was driving incorrectly and caused disturbance at a local restaurant.
They then received another call from someone who said he saw him block another person’s car on the road while pointing a gun at him.
Employees found suspects and arrested him on the following charges:
- Weapon attack
- Own/own a firearm by a forbidden person x2
- Possession of a firearm under the influence of alcohol/drugs
- Dui 2 alcohol/drugs
- Owning a controlled substance 1
- Secure battery
- Driving with a stopped driver’s license
