A man arrested, accused of shocks, kicking a RTC bus driver in sparks – KTVN

Police have arrested a man who is said to have hit and kick a 78-year-old RTC bus driver in sparks late Monday morning.

Police say the on-board video shows 28-year-old Ryan Mastilo drilling and then kicks the bus driver near Avenue Glendale and Linda Wei.

Later, the suspect was found near the RTC station in Renault and arrested.

The unidentified bus driver was transported to a nearby hospital with serious but life -threatening injuries.

The master was then booked in the Washo County’s prison for a protected person battery causing significant bodily harm.

In a statement published on Wednesday, the Regional Commission for Transport of the Washoe County said it worked with local law enforcement bodies in the case and thanked the combined efforts of all agencies participating in the arrest of the suspects.
