Spokane, Wash.
According to a statement of facts filed with the Supreme Court of the Spokan County, Gibson Riclink was sitting in a bar in the area of Garland and Monroe around 10:00 pm when a bar officer approached him.
The employee noticed that Riclno had a gun in his possession and told him that the bar would no longer serve him.
Then the employee told him to put his gun in the car.
According to witnesses interviews, Riclor made a statement similar to a threat to “shooting at the place” and left.
Shortly after leaving, Riclno returned through the entrance to a bar and fired two cartridges to the bar, in the general direction of the employee who told him to remove the gun from the bar.
According to the court documents, Riclli left and the police were called.
Fortunately, no one was hit by the shooting.
Police said they had found a projectile behind the bar where alcohol containers were hit.
They also found two spent 9 million shells.
The detectives examined the surveillance footage, and an officer followed the footprints in the snow to a pickup where Riccol was found to hide.
According to police, Riclley did not have to hold a gun because of previous sentences for a crime.
In court on Thursday, Commissioner Tony Rughal placed a $ 250,000 riccress bond, citing public safety concerns, as well as how dangerous it is for someone to open fire at a bar full of people.
The next date of the Ricclin court, for a dispute, was scheduled for February 25, 2025 at 9:00 am.
