Hialeah Gardens, FLA. (WSVN) – A man from southern Florida has been charged with murder in connection with fire on a car that left his wife dead, police said.
Fifty -year -old Noel Ruiz Mester faces murders and arson accusations in connection with the incident on February 1 in the Hialeya Gardens neighborhood, detectives said.
The monitoring video filmed an explosion in the Northwestern 114 terrace area and the 88th court, shortly before 6 o’clock in the morning

“We are on stage with PD right now. Rescue 28, we received 45 in this car, “said the first response to the radio.
The observation video also shows the moments before the explosion. According to police, the husband and wife argue when they got into a car to leave their home.
The security video shows the car as it stopped on the street. The road door opens and moments later there is an explosion.
Jose Rodriguez recalled the chaos on Saturday morning.
“Well, I heard a strong boom,” he said. “The neighbors, about 20 or 30 seconds later, went out and then I heard the police approach. One of the neighbors came and said there was a woman who was burned. “
Investigators said there was data on a home explosive device.
Ruiz Mester was about half a mile and was taken to the hospital with several self -inflicted stab wounds, police said.
A family member told 7news that his wife Yusnavi was the woman who died in the car.
Ruiz Mester remains in the hospital.
Detectives with Miami-Dad sheriff are now dealing with this investigation.
