Chris and Gary currently own and operate 6 units of Slim Chickens in Lubbock metro area. Gary is part of the executive team at Lubbock based at GRACO Real Estate Development. GRACO, now 45 years oldth is a full-service commercial real estate company known for its leadership in new commercial real estate development, as well as brokerage, leasing, construction and property management. The team opens its first unit within just four months of signing with CML.
Native to the area, Gary and Chris plan to launch their first food truck in the Lubbock metro area and will serve all West Texas and Northwest Oklahomaincluding the key markets of Amarillo, Midland, Odessa, Wichitaand San Angelo. The grand opening of their first truck will take place at the West End shopping center in Lubbock, Texasthis Saturday, October 26.
