Update: RCMP released details describing Reno, who was reported missing on Friday, November 1, 2024.
“The family has not heard from Gary since Thanksgiving, which they believe is out of character,” RCMP said in a release.
Reno was last known to live and work in the Rose Mountain area and may be driving a black 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander.

A Fort St. John mother is appealing for the public’s help in a missing person case.
Gary Reno hasn’t been seen since October 20. Since she was reported missing, Stephanie Dethier says her son’s phone and bank accounts have not been used.
Reno is believed to be driving a black SUV; a missing person file (10133) has been opened with the RCMP.
Troopers from the Fort St. John detachment could not comment on the case, but confirmed they are actively following up on leads.
The 29-year-old was due to appear in court today on charges of assault and breach of duty.
