BRATTLEBORO, Vermont (WCAX) – A Vermont man is facing multiple charges, including a hate crime, after he allegedly threatened people with a gun.
Early Saturday morning, Vermont State Police were called to Vinegar Lane in Pathney for a report of a fight with a gun.
Officers say Zachary Goldberg, 42, of Putney, pointed a gun at someone, used abusive and hateful language and threatened people.
Goldberg was arrested and faces several charges, including aggravated assault with a weapon, menacing and hate crimes. He is due in court on Monday.
