It is celebrated internationally on December 10 every year marks the day on which in 1948 The UN General Assembly adopts the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
The food bank worchestra organizer Pietra Costaglione has devised a fun and interactive event to explore them all under six headings.
The first will be held at Ardrossan Church of the Nazarene on Saturday 16 November at 2pm with a focus on economic, social and cultural rights.
There will be plenty of time for discussion as well as fun activities.
Hospitality will be provided during the session and a travel stipend is available to those who make prior arrangements.
The schedule has been cleverly devised, allowing young people (ages 12-18) to have their own workshop.
Adults and youth can register for free by simply sending an SMS to 07411113126.
Registered participants will receive a £20 Amazon gift card (for young people) or a month’s membership to their local Larder (worth £48) for adults.
