College Application Week is October 21-27 in North Carolina; Fees waived at participating state colleges and universities – OBXToday.com

Prospective students are encouraged to take advantage of North Carolina College Application Week, which currently runs through October 27, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. During this annually observed week, many North Carolina colleges and universities give up from your first-year application and transfer student fees.

To take advantage of the waived fees during College Application Week, you must apply through the College Foundation of North Carolina website, CFNC.com.

The following colleges and universities waive application fees during College Application Week for first-year applicants:

  • Brevard College
  • Campbell University
  • Carolina College of Health Sciences
  • Catawba ColleChowan University
  • Davidson College
  • East Carolina University
  • Elizabeth City State University
  • Elon University
  • Fayetteville State University
  • Gardner-Webb University
  • Greensboro College
  • Guilford College
  • High Point University
  • Johnson & Wales University – Charlotte
  • Johnson K. Smith University
  • Lees-McRae College
  • Lenoir-Rhyne University
  • Livingstone College
  • Lewisburg College
  • Mars Hill University
  • Meredith College
  • Methodist University
  • Montreat College
  • North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University
  • North Carolina Central University
  • North Carolina Wesleyan University
