On November 5th, voters across the country will cast ballots for a range of offices ranging from local races to the next President of the United States.
While many have already opted into the early voting process in the Wilmington area, many may choose to head to their designated polling place on Election Day.
Each polling place, according to the North Carolina State Election Commission, will open at 6:30 a.m. and close at 7:30 p.m. But rest assured, if you’re in line at 7:30 p.m., you’ll still be able to vote.

Where do I vote?
This site also provides your precinct along with your polling place for Election Day. Do not rely on your location from previous elections as some have changed this year.
Make sure you have your driver’s license or other valid photo ID in hand before queuing to vote, the lines were long this year.
