LAREDO, Texas – U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the Laredo Port of Entry encountered a man wanted for a felony by the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.
“Assault causing bodily harm is a serious crime,” said Port Director Albert Flores, Laredo’s port of entry. “The suspect, who was evading arrest, was apprehended without incident following a coordinated effort between CBP and state officials.”
