1 in critical condition after shooting in Baton Rouge Saturday, officials say – Yahoo! Voices

BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPRUD) — One person was taken to a local hospital after a shooting in Baton Rouge on Saturday, Nov. 2, according to emergency medical officials.

Baton Rouge EMS said one person was sent to the hospital after a shooting in the 4200 block of Blount Road. Emergency services reported that the victim was transported in critical condition.

EMS also responded to a shooting at North Foster Drive and Jackson Avenue, as well as a shooting at Gates at Citiplace Apartments on Saturday.

Additional details about the shooting were not immediately available. This is a developing story.
