Prime Pizza in Langley Park, Durham, was given a very low rating by the Food Standards Agency in an inspection on August 1.
However, after changes were made to the store, they reverted to four stars during an inspection on October 23.

0 – Urgent improvement required
1 – Major improvement needed
2 – Some improvement is needed
3 – Hygienic standards generally satisfactory
4 – Hygiene standards Good
5 – Hygiene standards Very good

The store manager described how changes were made to improve their rating.
They are now rated as good for hygienic food handling and room cleanliness.
Their food safety management was reassessed as generally satisfactory.
