Karna Dam has been hired by RVR Bank as Assistant Vice President of Business Development. She joins the bank’s team with over 30 years of leadership and community development experience.
In this role, Dam’s primary focus is on driving growth and building strong relationships in the communities served by RVR Bank. She will be heavily involved in the bank’s community engagement efforts.

Dame holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science with a specialization in Communications/Production as well as a Master of Science in Youth Development from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Dame currently serves on the board of directors of the Fremont Chamber of Commerce as immediate past chair and on the board of directors of the Greater Fremont Development Council. She is an honors graduate of Leadership Fremont and has been recognized as a recipient of the Fremont Area Chamber Compass Leadership Award. Dame and her family live in rural Washington County and are active members of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Hooper.
