Durham Region is asking residents what they think about expanding the Durham Greener Homes program.
It aims to help people reduce the impact of bad weather on their home or property. The program can help reduce the impact of basement flooding, wind damage and heat stress.
The region is seeking input from residents who own or rent their homes to help design the program.
The survey is part of a wider strategy to engage with local councils, residents, community groups and industry, supporting residents to be prepared for severe weather.
