The first quarter served as a reflection period for both teams.
Neither side was able to find the end zone, but Utah Tech took advantage with a field goal at the end of their first drive.
The second quarter, however, was a different story.
It started just a few minutes into the quarter when Reggie Graf rolled down the left and flicked a dart to Annie Falayi for six.

After back-to-back CAU drives ended in interceptions, Utah Tech had all the momentum.
Set around the midfield, the Blazers quickly got to the red zone where they went deep into the bag of tricks.
They picked the Philly Special and completely lost the Bears defense.

In the final minute of the half, things began to wind down, but UTT were not done yet.
As Central Arkansas began another campaign looking for a late score, the Blazers stopped them in their tracks. A strip sack put the Utah Tech offense in the red zone.
With less than 10 seconds left in the half, they found the end zone again to make it 24-7.

The third quarter was significantly less eventful than the second.
Central Arkansas managed to score its second TD of the game and trailed 24-14. The Trailblazers offense slowed down shortly after the break and they entered without a goal
A field goal early in the fourth by Utah Tech got the wheels turning again and extended the lead to 13.
