Robert Brough, 55, of Birmingham, is charged with three counts of possession of a prohibited weapon.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Birmingham Magistrates’ Court this morning, November 2.
It comes after police officers recovered live firearms from an address in Salstar Close, Birmingham on Thursday, October 31.
The force said its inquiries were continuing as it “continues” to take guns off the streets as part of Operation Target.
A West Midlands Police spokesman said: “A man has been charged after we recovered firearms from an address in Birmingham earlier this week.
“Robert Brough, 55, of Birmingham, has been charged with three counts of possession of a prohibited weapon.
“He has been remanded in custody to appear at Birmingham Magistrates’ Court this morning, November 2.
“It comes after officers recovered live firearms from an address in Salstar Close, Birmingham on Thursday 31 October.
“Our inquiries are ongoing.
“We continue to take guns off the streets as part of Operation Target.
