Free Halloween Costume Photo Day for Kids Coming Soon to Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library – AOL

TOPEKA (KSNT) – Parents looking to get professional photos taken of their little ones can head to a local library to take advantage of a free Halloween event.

The Topeka & Shawnee County Public Library is offering families the chance to get a free professional photo of their children from 9am to 11am or 1pm to 4pm on Thursday, October 31, in Room 101A of the Marvin Auditorium. The event is designed for babies and toddlers.

“This event is for all the little monsters that are unaffected by the light of day.”
