The Oppo Reno 12F is hardly a phone that should command Rs 100,000, especially when you consider its mid-range specs, so Oppo has decided to drop its prices and gain some appeal among buyers. It will be Rs 10,000 cheaper in Pakistan from today, selling for just Rs 89,999.

This new price is much more suitable for the specifications you are about to learn. An IP64 rated AMOLED flat screen device that gives you a size of 6.67” and a 120Hz refresh rate. There’s plenty of brightness here at 1,200 nits, and even DragonTrail Star2 glass sits on top to protect the Reno 12F.

There is also a 5G version of Oppo’s latest Reno model, but in Pakistan there is only a 4G option with the Snapdragon 685 and it may not be as powerful for parallel tasks or even gaming. But we still have 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage standard across the board, enough for intense multitasking.

The cameras here are super versatile, taking 50MP photos with the first camera and 32MP selfies from the device on the front. There’s also an 8MP ultrawide and a 2MP macro mode to play with. AI Portrait, AI Link Boost and AI Eraser help with the photos you take.

Now, with an AMOLED panel, you might expect an under-display fingerprint reader, but the Reno 12F does no such thing — it only has a side-mounted fingerprint ID on the power button. The 5,000mAh battery sends power to every component of the Oppo Reno 12F, and when it runs out, there’s 45W charging to give you a backup.
