Dominique Ansel teams up with Eleven Madison Mark for weekend-only plant-based confections – Baking

This weekend only, Eleven Madison Park (EMP) executive pastry chef and mastermind behind the viral Madison Square pastry, Laura Cronin, is collaborating with Dominique Ansel for an exclusive, plant-based box of croissant-inspired treats.

Cronin is leading the way in the plant-based pastry movement, transforming traditional favorites into innovative delights. Partnering with Dominique Ansel for the latest Bake it Nice seasonal pop-up showcases the best of what autumn has to offer.

This weekend only, guests can purchase a box containing Chef Cronin’s Madison Square Roasted Chestnut and Chocolate, as well as an exclusive Plant-Based Cronut® filled with Raspberry Jam and Hazelnut Biscuit Ganache by Chef Ansel.

In addition to the signature confections, the pop-up will also offer Agua Fresca from EMP Beverage Director Sebastian Tolius, coffee to go and a selection of Eleven Madison Home products for those looking to take some of the experience home or for holiday shopping.

The Bake It Nice X Dominique Ansel Bakery duo is available Saturday, November 2nd at 11am EST until sold out at Eleven Madison Park in New York, priced at $18 for the two-piece set.
