A big In-N-Out Burger is about to open on the Las Vegas Strip. But the details and exact size of the rumored massive rooftop project are considerably more modest than the popular burger chain’s (not so) “secret” menu.
What we do know is that it will open in the under-construction BLVD shopping complex, across from Park MGM and a short walk from T-Mobile Arena. The 400,000-square-foot mall is months, if not a year, away from opening, so details on the new dining, entertainment and retail complex are hard to come by. BLVD’s website lists Adidas, H&M, Puma and In-N-Out among its tenants.
Although In-N-Out has a restaurant at the LINQ near the High Roller observation wheel, this will be the chain’s first location on the Strip front. And it’s going to be absolutely huge. The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that the restaurant will occupy the third floor of the complex with 8,020 square feet indoors and a 2,500-square-foot patio. At approximately 10,520 square feet in total, this would make it one of, if not the largest, In-N-Out locations ever.
Mike Abbott, In-N-Out’s vice president of store development, told SFGate that the exact dimensions are being worked out because the restaurant is still in the “plan verification process.”
Regardless of the size, this will be a game changer for the area and will no doubt become a pre-game and post-concert stop for Vegas visitors.
