PCB (PCB) is the spine of almost any electronic device you use. We’re talking about smartphones, laptops, TVs … even medical equipment.
Consider PCB as the nervous system of an electronic device. And unless you use a brick phone, or a suitcase laptop – the chances are the modern gadget you hold, it has a PCB inside, which does everything to work.
For more than two years, the Reno manufacturer has been providing solutions for companies that want to scale; Whether it is from PCB for the production of an end to the end or mass production of PCB for certain needs: Valley Services Electronics (VSE).
Let’s start in the beginning.
Like many other Silicon Valley success stories, VSE began at its founder’s garage more than 40 years ago. What keeps the private company successful for over four decades? Providing something unique: practical, affordable engineering and production.
VSE is required for expansion – creating a Reno production site at the end of 2022. The Reno facility is designed for efficient production of production, adapting the growth trajectories of various designs. This scalability guarantees that since the customer requires, the facility can seamlessly adapt it to meet higher volumes of production without compromising quality or terms.
Ask current CEO Beth Kendrick what distinguishes VSE, and she points out customer service.
VSE works with innovators to revive ideas with a specialty to launch new products on the market. Whether they are the inventors in the home or a multi -million -dollar companies that innovate new products.
There is a benefit to local production. The partners are greeted in VSE factories. An innovator can see any iteration of the design of their product. By processing all aspects of production inside, VSE minimizes potential gaps in communication and guarantees a cohesive production workflow.
There are also convincing reasons why someone would choose an internal manufacturer of PCBs based in the US over the option abroad. To name a few: higher quality standards, faster times of twist, better communication and cooperation, intellectual property protection (IP), support of the American economy and providing American jobs and more.
The most rewarding part for VSE employees is to see how the product becomes a reality.
You can see VSE Manufacturing in action by attending NCET Tech on Wednesday on March 12th.
During your visit you will see and hear about:
• Passing from proof of concept to prototype to mass production
• Industries supported by VSE (semiconductor, medical, automotive, industrial equipment, telecommunications, biotechnological, clean technologies, energy, aerospace space)
• PCB layers and assembly, check and test process
… much more!
Sign up early on the presentation of VSE Reno from 16:00 to 5:00 pm and networks from 15:00 to 16:00
