By james art Menlo Equities and Axis Partners celebrated the revolution of Industrial Center Vidal Cantu Industrial Center, logistics and distribution of 215,000 square feet in Laredo, Texas.
The development will last 25 acres and the largest parking of trailers of any speculative industrial building built on the market designed to hold up to 441 trailers.
The Vidal Cantu Industrial Center is being built at the Pinnacle Industrial Center, 10 minutes from Laredo’s World Trade Bridge.
The facility will include 87 doors with high dock, 354 trailer parking stalls, 130-foot truck court, 100% concrete flooring, two drive ramps, a transparent height of 32 feet and a three-load configuration.
Construction is underway, with the completion of the building expected in the third quarter of 2025.
