Reno, Nev. (Kolo) – North Nevada public health closed Mochinut because of health disorders.
During a routine health inspection conducted on February 20, health officials say that after entering their business operators, they did not wash their hands regularly and did not change gloves. They also found that operators touch various personal belongings and their body before returning to touching the surfaces for contact with food and food.

According to the report, which was shared with Kolo 8, NNPH also noted these violations:
- No date markings in the refrigeration units
- Wash and rinse utensils in a wash sink. They noted that the operator then placed the instruments in the holder to dry and that the operators would wash their hands in a sink for preparation and a sink with three compartments. Operators also failed to show how to properly wash, rinse and disinfect the surfaces for food contact and failed to show how they tested a solution solution.
- There are no thermometers available for stems to monitor cold foods.
- Sugar bags, mango, puree mixture, hotdog powder, fruits and shortening are stored on the ground.
- Clean pots and pans, jelly manufacturer, plastic bins with lids, cardboard boxes used to serve food and on the ground an electric kettle are also stored on the ground. Dirty dishes are also stored on the ground in two spots.
- The table with grinding machines and mixers had a plastic coating, was seen drinking and having holes in them. A dirty piece of carboard, saturated with butter and debris for food, is seen on the ground near the contamination.
- The floor sink has been found to have a significant amount of food collected in it.
