LOCKWOOD, Nev. (COLO) – A Reno woman was arrested in Lockwood on drug and other charges after a traffic stop.
Around 1:19 a.m. Wednesday, a deputy with the Story County Sheriff’s Office pulled over a vehicle that had no visible license plates.
A routine VIN check showed the car had been reported stolen.
Police say the driver, Crystal Strosnider, 38, of Reno, was found to be in possession of a controlled substance, articles for the sale of a controlled substance, possession of another person’s ID, counterfeit instruments and drug paraphernalia. Police say she also had three felony warrants.
When police tried to arrest her, Strosnider tried to put the car in motion and flee several times.
She was eventually taken into custody and booked into the Story County Detention Center.
