By james art It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Todd Frazier Garland on Saturday, October 19, in Ocala, Florida.
Todd loved working with horses and was happiest when he was around them.
Born in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, he was the son of Reginald and Cheryl Garland.
Todd will be missed by his mother, Cheryl Garland (Frazey), grandfather, (Pops) David Wright, sisters, Nancy Garland, Kelly Beaulieu (David Crossman), Mary-Ellen Nicholson (Dean), nieces, Heidi (Evan) Alanna (Sean ) and nephews Justin (Jessica), Kyle (Renai) and Spencer (Madison). Great-nieces, Madeline, Alaya, great-nephew Alexander. Many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Best friend Stacey Maxwell, close friends in Florida and Missouri.
Todd was predeceased by his father Reginald Garland, maternal great-grandparents George and Grace Frazee, paternal grandmother Edith Garland and special friend Karen Muller.
