LA Pizza, at 2 Empire Buildings, Gilesgate, received a low rating from the Food Standards Agency in an inspection on 23 September.
After the inspection, the takeaway company will be informed that major improvements are needed.

During the inspection, Pizza Takeaway was checked for hygienic food handling, cleanliness and condition of facilities and building, and food safety management.
