STADLER expands its capabilities with a new operating complex – News for recycling products

STADLER is expanding its operations in North America. This new phase was marked by the groundbreaking of an improved space for operations, inventory and employee growth in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, on October 25th.

Willy Stadler, CEO of the STADLER Group, says: “The US market is of huge importance to us and we see great potential beyond what our current facility will be able to support. We have decided to strategically build a new office and warehouse complex in the United States to support this continued growth.”

Strategic expansion to accommodate rapid growth

The decision to expand stems from STADLER’s significant growth in North America over the past four years, with revenues increasing by 50 percent year over year. The new 27,000 square foot facility will greatly increase the company’s capacity to serve existing and new customers. Designed to include sustainable and scalable warehouse and office space, the complex will support STADLER’s expanding workforce and operations.

The new six-acre complex is strategically located on Center Park Court in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, a bustling industrial hub home to several prominent American companies. The site was chosen for its sustainability characteristics and proximity to major transportation routes, including two major U.S. interstate highways. The facility is only 15 minutes from the nearest airport, which ensures efficient logistics and accessibility for employees and customers.

STADLER America, founded in 2016 with just four employees in Colfax, North Carolina, has grown to 13 team members and now supports four of the top 10 recycling companies in the US, along with many other clients.

Improved customer experience for reduced downtime

For customers, the expanded warehouse will allow STADLER to stock a wider range of spare and wear parts, improving after-sales support with faster response times and reduced downtime. This new facility will help fulfill this commitment even more effectively. “Our top priority is our commitment to the US market. We want our customers to know that we have all the parts they need locally and that they can count on STADLER for the long term. We are proud of our highly motivated, skilled and well-trained team in the US,” says Stadler.
