Jeep changes the 2025 Grand Cherokee lineup a bit, starting with the price. The automaker will still offer nine trim levels for the standard Grand Cherokee, eight of which are available with the third-row Grand Cherokee L. Grand Cherokee 4xe models remain unchanged in terms of price and trim level availability. Hopefully, these changes will help Jeep gain some traction in the market where it had a larger share.

The 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee is cheaper
The base trim of the 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee starts at $36,495. The automaker hopes more buyers will enjoy the Grand Cherokee thanks to lower prices across the lineup. All Grand Cherokee models with the 3.6L V6 are cheaper in 2025, and all 2025 Laredo models now start under $40,000.
The Laredo A is the cheapest option, starting at $36,495. You can get a two-row Laredo 4×2 for just $37,035, $1,000 less than it is now. The higher you go in trim levels, the better the discounts. The top trims, the Summit Reserve and Overland, are also $2,000 cheaper. Some mid-level trims have a price increase for 2025, as noted below.

The Jeep Grand Cherokee L is also cheaper
For those who want the three-row Grand Cherokee L, Jeep is also working to improve pricing on those models. The Laredo 4×2 starts at $39,035 for 2025, $1,000 cheaper than the $40,035 for the 2024 model.
The Grand Cherokee L Limited saw an even bigger price change, dropping $3,000 for the 4×2 and 4×4 models. The Overland is $4,000 less, starting at $58,995, and the Summit is also down $4,000, at $60,560. Eight different trims are still available with the third row, giving buyers plenty of options.

There are no changes to the Grand Cherokee 4xe
Jeep will still offer six trim levels for the 2025 Grand Cherokee 4xe, but pricing remains the same. That could mean a few things, but it should sell well enough that the automaker doesn’t have to cut prices.
It’s no secret that Stellantis has been struggling with many of its brands lately, including Jeep. It makes sense to see many of these price changes in order to sell more vehicles, but perhaps reducing prices on all models would make more sense. Either way, seeing cheaper options for the Grand Cherokee heading into 2025 is nice. Hopefully this will increase sales.
