Curtis Rosemond struck and killed on 19th Street in West Lubbock

Lubbock, Texas – A pedestrian, identified as 38-year-old Curtis Rosemond, was struck and killed by a vehicle in West Lubbock Sunday evening.

According to Lubbock police, the incident happened around 8:06 p.m. on Oct. 27 in the 6100 block of 19th Street.

According to police, Rosemond was crossing the street when he was struck by an SUV traveling eastbound on 19th Street.

Rosemond was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS.

The incident remains under investigation.
