Sunday Brunch: Vinci on North Halsted Street has a bruschetta brunch – AOL

It is not easy for a restaurant to operate for more than 30 years.

But Vinci, located at 1732 North Halsted Street, is one of those rare places that’s still going strong after more than three decades.

Owner Paul LoDuca says keeping a restaurant open for so long has been “a battle.”

“We’ve had our ups and downs during the pandemic and everything, but we’ve made it,” he says. “It’s great to say 33 years and be strong.”

LoDuca and Chef Ino Cruz of Vinci joined Sean Lewis on WGN Weekend Morning News Sunday Brunch to make breakfast bruschetta and show off some of Vinci’s other breakfast/brunch offerings.
