Kutak Rock congratulates the University of Nevada, Reno for being awarded a Public-Private Partnership (P3) Award for “Best Education and Higher Education Project” for the Mathewson Gateway District project. This recognition highlights the importance of public-private partnerships (P3) in transforming the educational infrastructure.
Cutack Rock served as bond advisor to the National Finance Authority in connection with the issuance of its $148,590,000 lease revenue bonds (NCCD – UNR Properties LLC – University of Nevada, Reno Project) Series 2023A and Taxable Series 2023B.
Bond proceeds fund the construction of a new College of Business building on the University of Nevada, Reno campus. Spanning approximately 128,000 square feet, the facility will include academic and teaching spaces, including an auditorium, classrooms, computer labs and team meeting areas, as well as student gathering areas, amenity spaces and administrative offices.
