Topeka, Kan. (WIBW) – Preparation for freezing temperatures on Tuesday and snowy conditions, several businesses, schools and colleges are closed for the day.
According to the closure listed on Wibw.com, Washburn Technology Institute, Washburn University and Emporia State University, they will be closed on Tuesday, February 18th.
The University of Kansas will close its campuses of Lawrence, Edwards and Livivort on Tuesday. All classes-whether they are personal or online, cancel the day.
At 5:36 pm, the Campuses of Manhattan and Salina of K-State remain open to normal operations.
Emergency Alert to K-State: Due to the weather forecasts, the Olathe campus will have limited operations with major staff only on February 18th. Campuses in Manhattan and Salina are normal operations.
