Here’s a list of downtown Las Vegas road closures in November – KTNV 13 Action News Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — As temperatures begin to cool in the Valley, locals have their pick of outdoor events happening in downtown Las Vegas.

But as Southern Nevadans know, big events mean road closures, and here’s a list of those happening downtown in November.

First Friday in the Arts District

Friday, November 1

First Friday is a monthly festival of art, music and food in the Las Vegas Arts District.

Roads close at 10am and reopen at 11pm

Major closures include Boulder Boulevard to Hoover, Art Way to First Street, Coolidge Avenue from Main Street to Casino Center Boulevard.

Viva Latino Festival

Saturday, November 2

It’s a Latin music festival held at the Downtown Events Center.

Roads close at 6pm on 1 November and reopen at 6am on 3 November.

Major closures include Third Street from Bridger to Carson Avenue; Bridge from Casino Center Boulevard to Third Street.

Las Vegas Marathon

Sunday, November 3

This is the first Las Vegas Marathon road running event held in Las Vegas.

Roads close at 4 a.m. on November 2 and reopen on November 3 at 2 p.m.

Sema Kickoff

Monday, November 4

This is a car show with Panel Jam Paint artist.

Roads close at 3pm on November 4 and reopen at 2am on November 5

Major closures include Third Street from Stewart to Ogden avenues.

Friday, November 8

This EDM concert takes place at the Downtown Events Center.

Roads close at 6pm on 7 November and reopen at 6am on 10 November.

Major closures include Third Street from Bridger to Carson Avenue; Bridger Avenue from Casino Center Boulevard to Third Street.

Fremont Arts Festival

Saturday, November 9

This art festival takes place in the Fremont East Entertainment District.

Roads close at 6 a.m. and reopen at 6 p.m

Major closures include Fremont Street from Seventh to Ninth Streets.

Kaytranada

Saturday, November 9

This electronic dance music event takes place at the Downtown Events Center.

Roads close at 6pm on 7 November and reopen at 6am on 10 November.

Major closures include Third Street from Bridger to Carson Avenue; Bridger Avenue from Casino Center Boulevard to Third Street.

Las Vegas Veterans Day Parade

Monday, November 11

The annual Veterans Day Parade takes place in downtown Las Vegas.

Roads close at 5am and reopen at 2pm

Major closures include Fourth Street from Las Vegas Boulevard to Stewart Avenue; Third Street from Charleston Boulevard to Garces Avenue; all side streets in between.

Cars in art

Wednesday, November 20

It is a monthly car show held in the Las Vegas Arts District.

Roads close at 5pm and reopen at 11pm

Major closures include Boulder Avenue from Art Way to First Street; First from Boulder to Coolidge avenues.

The Neon City Festival at the Fremont Street Experience

Friday-Sunday, Nov. 22-24

It’s a free music festival with food and art that takes place at the Fremont Street Experience.

Roads close at 4pm and reopen at 3am each night.

Major closures include Casino Center Boulevard and Fourth Street from Carson Avenue to Ogden.

City of Las Vegas

Neon City Festival at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center

Friday-Sunday, Nov. 22-24

This multi-genre music and food festival takes place at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center.

Roads close at 6pm on November 21 and reopen at 6am on November 25.

Major closures include Third Street from Bridger to Carson Avenue; Bridger Avenue from Casino Center Boulevard to Third Street.

Food Truck Festival in Downtown Grand

Saturday-Sunday, November 23-24

This food truck and music festival takes place at the Downtown Grand.

Roads close at 16:00 on 22 November and reopen at 20:00 on 24 November.

Major closures include Third Street from Ogden to Stewart Avenue.
