Longtime Lubbock Malouf staple closes after 75 years – KCBD

Lubbock, Texas (NEWS RELEASE) – Malouf’s, a beloved Texas fashion institution that has served Lubbock for 75 years, will be closing its Lubbock location. The Southlake, Texas location will remain open.

Founded in 1949 by John Malouf, Malouf’s is a cornerstone of the Lubbock community. It offers bespoke tailoring, wardrobe consultation and a personal shopping experience that few others can match. Following John Maloof’s passing in 2015, his son, Michael Maloof, proudly continues the family legacy, maintaining Maloof’s high standards of personalized service and style.

Starting October 31, Malouf’s will be offering significant discounts on all merchandise, including apparel, accessories and store accessories, until the final store closing date.

While the Lubbock location is closing its doors after a remarkable 75-year history, Malouf’s Southlake will continue to maintain the personalized fashion experience John Malouf envisioned—remaining a trusted name for generations to come.
