BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – We will start the work week with a dense fog warning for the entire watch area due to reduced visibility.
Otherwise, it will become mostly sunny with highs in the upper 80s.
In the tropics, we have a wave with a medium chance of development.
More moisture will move into our area over the next few days, increasing the chance of rain through midweek and Halloween.
The Drought Monitor is still showing moderate drought conditions across much of the watch area.
In the extended period, we have the best chance of rain on Thursday, so treaters will need to keep a close eye on the weather.
