The star’s performance comes after she released her debut solo EP No Hard Feelings, which slammed her husband Andre Grey.
At a concert in June, Lee-Ann spoke about the pain her partner had caused her, revealing their relationship had been “hell” over the past two years.
The singer only lets it be seen for about two days each month due to their work commitments.
Andre plays football in Saudi Arabia while Lee-Anne stays in the UK to work on her new music and raise their two-year-old twins.
According to The Sun, a spoken word interlude was played during the concert as Lee-Ann was replaced offstage, where she opened up about the difficult period, mentioning “crying” and asking her husband: “Why would you do this to us?”
They report that she said: “Exciting but dangerous. Six months of bliss and hell. A stolen kiss becomes as pure as us together. But how do you say it serves me right?
“The images, the thoughts. The phone that once connected us, now a constant reminder. what are you doing what’s going on Why would you do this to us?’
She added: “All I could see was the white of the mysterious eyes on my bed. My blanket is keeping me warm now. The patterns, the running, the crying? Our forbidden beginning.

“I saw who you chose to become when our two became four, completing our circle. You chose us. You chose not to be a replica. You know how to be a father and I don’t know how you do.
Much of Leigh-Anne’s debut EP focuses on her volatile relationship with Andre, whom she married last summer.
In May, she opened up about the struggles of their long-distance relationship and admitted she “can’t take it anymore”.
