Texas to execute a man for murder since 2004 by a strip and friend manager – ABC News

Austin, Texas – A Texas man who killed his strip club manager and another man, after which he later caused a mass blocking of the state prison system when he uses a mobile phone smuggled in Death Row to threaten a MP was scheduled to be executed in Thursday.

46 -year -old Richard Lee Tabber will be the second prisoner performed in Texas in just over a week, with two more scheduled by the end of April. He is ready to receive a deadly injection at the Huntsville State Penitional.

Tabler was condemned for Thanksgiving in 2004, shooting the death of Mohammed-Amin-Rakhmuni, 28 years old, and Haytam Zabud, a 25-year-old, in a remote area near Kilin in Central Texas. Rahmuni was a manager of a strip club where Tabor worked until he was banned from the place. Rhuda was a friend of Rahmuni, and police said both men were killed at a late night meeting to buy a stolen stereo equipment, which is actually planned.

Tabor also admitted that he had killed two teenage girls who worked at the club, Tiffany Dotson, 18 -year -old, and Amanda Benild, 16 years old. He is accused but has never tried in his killings.

Tabler has repeatedly asked the courts to drop his complaints and to be killed. He has also changed his mind on this issue several times, and his lawyers have asked whether he is mentally competent to make that decision. The TABLER prison record includes at least two cases of suicide attempt and has previously been given a discount on execution in 2010.

“The petitioner has spent the last twenty years in the courts and sees no point in wasting the courts of the courts, nor to anyone else,” Tabor wrote to the state criminal appeal on December 9, 2024, after his current date of execution was determined.

Tabler’s Death Row’s telephone conversations in 2008 by State Senator John Whitmire, now mayor of Houston, has caused an unprecedented blockage of over 150,000 prisoners in the second largest prison system in the country. Some of them were restricted in their cells for weeks as the officers were sweeping more than 100 prisons to take hundreds of smuggling items, including mobile phones.

Whitmire led a Senate Committee with supervision of state prisons and said at a time that the tablet warned him that he knew his children’s names and where they live. Whitmire, through a mayor’s office spokesman, declined to comment on Tabler’s hanging performance.

ACLU appealed the TABLER case to the US Supreme Court last year, claiming that it was denied an adequate legal submission during his lower court complaints by lawyers who refused to participate in the hearing on what was his request.

ACLU appeal claims that TABLER’s lawyers ignore a psychological exam that has determined that he has a “deep and serious constellation of mental illness”, which has been ignored since childhood. The court refused to stop his execution.

Tabler worked at a bar called Teazers and investigators, said he had a conflict with his boss Rahmuni, who supposedly said he could have a Tabler family “deletes” for $ 10.

Tabler recruits a friend, a soldier at the nearby Fort Kavazos, and primed Rahigu and ran a meeting. Tabler shot them both in his car, then pulled out Rahmuni and the friend recording a video of him again, shooting Rahmuni again.

Later, Tabler acknowledged the killings. During the condemnation phase of his trial, prosecutors presented written and video statements by Tabler that he also killed Dotson and Bennesield days later because he was worried that they would tell people that they had killed men.

Investigators said that before he was arrested, Tabor called the Bell’s sheriff office to mock the MPs for the killings and threatened to kill more strip club officials and hide himself undercover at the club.
