Henderson hangs 25 on Biola in Bitter Revenge – Concordia Ervine University Athletics

Irvine, California – a very expected rematch with Concordia’s rivals from Biola did not eventually go the way the host hoped Wednesday night.

Jaden Henderson scored the highest 25 points and Charlie Dalton Added 16 for shooting 7 to 10 to accelerate CUI’s crime against visiting eagles.

Henderson fired a solid 10-for-18 from the floor and made two paths to help the cause.

But beyond these two, the golden eagles could not settle in a convenient rhythm in the one against the team second in the league.

Biola’s balanced attack has helped visitors build a two -digit lead, and the golden eagles have exhausted time, trying to bring back to the second half.

Four Biola starters scored at least 18 points, and Concordia has intensified to dig its way from this early deficit. But Biola struck a handful of key triplets to repel from the home squad.

“For the first time this season, we have not been able to fulfill any part of our Game Plan, especially at the protective end of the floor,” said CUI’s chief coach Ken amanS “All the things we worked on the correction of the first game against them got worse. It is better to play much better defensive if we want to have a chance to beat someone forward.”

CUI visits first place and nationally ranked Loma this Saturday, February 15th, at 8:00 pm, this will be the second meeting between the two teams this season, such as CUI was the first team in Pacwest to transmit Loma Loma Conference LossS Westmont recently did the same as schools continue to fight for the six places reserved for the Pacwest Conference Tournament.

After three competitions in a row, the next home game of Concordia will be Thursday, February 27 against the Academy of Art at 19:00 after the women’s race at 5:00 pm
