Early deported a man arrested in Trenton on charges of sexual criminals -WBBJ -TV

Trenton, TN – Early this morning., American Marshals led two rivers violent fugitive special group (Trvftf) in Jackson, Tennessee and Investigations to Homeland Security (HSI) arrested Jose Alfredo Melens-Hernandez.

USMS in the Western Tennessee County begins to investigate Melens-Henndez, 52, for Violation of the Law on Registration and Notification of Sex Criminal (Sorna) after being determined that he resides in Gibson County, Tennessee and failed to register as a sexual criminal.

Investigators have also determined that Melens-Henndez had previously been deported and removed from the United States in 2009 after a sexual battery sentence in Texas.

Investigation further revealed that Melendes-Henndez is in the United States without After obtaining the explicit consent from the secretary on the internal security to reinstate Admission to the United States.

Melendes-Hernandez was charged with the Federal Court in the Western Tennessee District of February 10, 2025 for violation of Sorna and re -introduction of a deported extraterrestrial.

On February 12, 2025, agents TRVFTF and HSI went to the Cades Loop Road residence in Trenton, Tennessee. After Melendes-Henndez failed to comply with the coming commands Outside, the door was broken by deputy marshals and employees of the working group.
