Senior Trump adviser urges Americans to vote: ‘This guy got a bullet for you’
The founder of America First Legal and senior adviser to former President Trump, Stephen Miller, urged Americans to get out and vote for the Republican presidential candidate, adding, “This man took a bullet for you.”
Speaking at Trump’s rally at New York’s Madison Square Garden on Sunday, Miller drew a contrast between the current Biden-Harris administration and what Trump is bringing to the table.
“It’s a choice between betrayal and renewal, between self-destruction and salvation, between America’s failure or America’s triumph,” Miller said. “I want you to think about the decades of mistreatment that the good people of this nation have been subjected to, their jobs robbed and stolen from them and sent to Mexico, Asia and foreign countries.”
He continued to make people reflect on the thought of their loved ones being ripped from them by illegal aliens and criminal gangs, and on a system that punishes hard-working citizens.
Miller spoke of Trump raising his fist in the air after he was shot in Butler, Pennsylvania, yelling “Fight, fight, fight.”
“One person and that man, ladies and gentlemen, that person got a bullet for you,” he said. “He took a bullet for democracy and all we ask in return is nine days… you have to vote.
“Vote for freedom. Vote for freedom. Vote for sovereignty. Vote for your children. Vote for your families. Vote for the right to free speech. Second Amendment right. Vote for the right to have a secure sovereign border and the right to have a government that puts American citizens before illegal aliens,” Miller said. “With your votes, you can break this broken establishment, people.”
