Paul Allen, then 41 years old, was paralyzed for life after the shots were fired into his large cut off home hired in Woodford Green, East London, in 2019.

The jurors in Old Bailey were told that the intention was to kill him, and the attackers “almost succeeded”.

The 36 -year -old Louis Ahern, his brother Stuart Ahern, 46, and Daniel Kelly, 46, are accused of plotting him with other unknowns.

Finding his trial on Wednesday, prosecutor Michael Shaw said: “On July 11, 2019, shortly after 23.09, the rifles were fired by a Glock 9mm pistol alone.

“They were fired at a man called Paul Allen as he stood in the kitchen in the back of a large -separated house in Malver Drive in Woodford, East London.

“The intention of the men who planned and made that Paul Allen’s shooting on July 11th is to kill him – you will not doubt when you see the evidence in this case.

“They almost succeeded. At least six bullets were fired from this Glock pistol, two of which hit him.

“One hit him in the center of the throat and left him paralyzed for life.

“It was just the quick intervention of the neighbors, the police, the paramedics and then the skills of surgeons who managed to remove the bullet accommodated in his spine that saved his life.”

G -N Shaw added: “Three of the men who have planned and committed this attack are in the point of this crown court today.”

The fiery rifles tonight were heard “almost all over Woodford” and police received a number of emergency calls, the jurors heard.

Mr Allen’s neighbors have heard the strong bangs and victim’s partner Jade Bovingdon, screaming: “He is shot. He was shot. “

They transferred and found G -Ja Bovingdon to scream for an ambulance, and G -n Alan descended into the hallway with a towel pressed against the neck and struggled to breathe.

His little finger was “practically amputated” by one of the bullets, said G -N Shaw.

A private security guard provided first aid, and the armed police took over before the paramedics arrived, the court said.

Other neighbors saw between one and three figures fleeing and entering the “mission car” – hired Renault Captur – which passed at speed.

The jurors have heard that scenes of criminal officials were located in the property shortly after the shooting and restored five shells near a summer house.

The shabbys were taken from the nearby fenced panel, and DNA was combined with Kelly and Louis Ahern, the jurors said.

G -N Shaw added: “The reason they hit him in the throat was that they have a particularly effective view, adapted to Glock, the type of view found at Daniel Kelly’s address one month later.”

The prosecutor stated that the origin of the shooting was that G -n -Allan was a career criminal and “a very complex criminal on the subject.”

He told the jurors: “He was sentenced a few years ago at Crown Court Woolwich for his role in what it was then – and still – the largest armed robbery in the UK, in the Securitas Express in Kent in which they were Stolen 54 million pounds in cash, in Kent, in which they were stolen in cash where cash was stolen, most of them are exceptional.

“Until 2019, he was released from prison and moved from South London to a large torn property in Woodford, northeast London, where he lived with his partner and young children.”

The defendants traveled from home in the Vulwich area to Southeast London, through the Blackwall tunnel to the Malvern Drive’s new victim’s new home as part of the planning and implementation of the conspiracy, they were told by jurors.

G -N Shaw told jurors that they “do not go to the picnic” while examining the scene around the address, including the morning of the shooting.

Unregistered mobile phones were used as part of the complex planning of the attack to communicate and employed vehicles, the court heard.

The Renault Captur was hired by Stuart Ahern of a dealer in Dartford and used by the other two defendants in a burglary of a community closed in Kent on the day before the shooting, according to a firing.

Judicial jurors heard that CCTV cameras in the house next to the shooting site had filmed “significant” events that night, as well as Kelly, which was said to have conducted intelligence in a Mercedes car in the previous morning and more worse dates.

Louis Ahern of Greenwich, Southeast London and Stewart Ahern and Kelly, both without a fixed address denied the murder of Mr. Allen between June 26 and July 12, 2019.
